Sotheby’s Launches Its First Marquee Auction Series in Abu Dhabi
Sotheby’s, in partnership with the Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO), marks Abu Dhabi’s rise as a global hub for art, culture, and luxury with an exclusive programme of auctions, masterclasses, panels, and exhibitions. This December, the inaugural series of auctions will bring extraordinary treasures to collectors in Abu Dhabi and worldwide. Events begin in September, leading to the first auction in October during “The NBA Abu Dhabi Games 2025 presented by ADQ,” and culminate in “Abu Dhabi Collectors’ Week” from 2–5 December. The week will feature auctions spanning high jewellery, rare timepieces, collector cars, and exclusive real estate, alongside a museum-quality exhibition of international fine art. |

The space is characterised by a mashrabiya with delicate patterns, referencing the Liens collection.
