Dubai, UAE; Winners of the prestigious Middle East Watch and Jewellery of the Year Awards were announced on Wednesday, 15th November, during a private gala event held at the Music Hall in Dubai at the amazing Jumeirah Zabeel Saray Hotel, on the iconic Palm Jumeirah Island.
