Damiani celebrates its 100th anniversary in Dubai

Damiani, the high-end jewelry brand renowned around the world for its refined all-Italian creations, celebrates its 100th anniversary in Dubai with the exclusive “100X100 Italiani” event held at the Mandarin Oriental, one of the most stylish and luxurious hotels of the city. Italianness – perceived as a set of values, aesthetics, poetics, arts and crafts that define the spirit of Italy – is the narrative theme of the event centered around the magnificent High Jewelry masterpieces created by the Maison to mark this extraordinary milestone. The event was followed by an exclusive gala dinner, attended by Guido and Silvia Damiani, respectively President and Vice-President of the Group, and by other acclaimed and distinguished guests from the world of fashion and cinema.

 

Breitling opens a brand-new boutique at Marina Mall in Abu Dhabi

The new boutique location in the Emirate comes as the luxury Swiss watchmaker marks 140 years of pioneering innovation. Breitling’s CEO Georges Kern attended the boutique opening event in November. The new 102m² boutique, located on the ground floor of Marina Mall Abu Dhabi closest to the main entrance, is the latest retail space designed to incorporate the brand’s rich heritage with a relaxed and inclusive retail experience. Guests can also experience one of the first Spotlight Counters in the region, which displays Breitling’s latest women’s collection and allows customers to explore and try on different watches facing a large spotlight mirror.   Breitling’s modern-retro design values are brought to life through vintage decor and artwork, streamlined with contemporary design elements. 

 

Introducing Muria

Muria, an Omani fine jewellery brand launched in 2024, is redefining tradition through a modern lens. Founded by Omani sisters Fatma and Maryam Al Barram, Muria is inspired by the historic “Spice Trading Route,” where cultures intertwined to create a rich tapestry of art, colour and craftsmanship. Each Muria collection pays homage to this heritage, blending the bold patterns of the Arabian Peninsula, the rhythmic artistry of East Africa and the timeless beauty of Indian culture into breathtaking, culturally resonant pieces. Through their meticulously crafted designs, the Al Barram sisters aim to revive the lost history of their ancestors, transforming their discoveries into wearable art. Each piece is a testament to their vision of creating culturally identifying jewellery that bridges the past and the present for the modern woman.

Introducing Bvlgari Octo Finissimo X Laurent Grasso

Northern lights, shooting stars, a solar eclipse. Everyone dreams of witnessing these exceptional natural phenomena at least once in a lifetime. What if these unique moments were always with you, just a glance away? This is the vision behind the new Bvlgari Octo Finissimo, unveiled this fall: a collaboration between Fabrizio Bounamassa Stigliani, Bvlgari's Execeutive Director of Watch Design, and artist Laurent Grasso. Draped entirely in a deep midnight blue that, from cast to bracelet, subtly reflects light, the watch appears immersed in darkness, evoking the tranquility of a post-sunset sky. At the dial's centre, a cloud casts rainbow-like reflections, diffusing a mysterious, elusive presence.

 

Vacheron Constantin collaborates with Yiqing Yin

Two timepieces born of the creative collaboration between Vacheron Constantin and its “One of Not Many” talent Yiqing Yin: one is a concept watch combining Haute Horlogerie, Haute Couture and Haute Parfumerie; the other an exclusive 100-piece limited edition bearing Yiqing Yin’s name engraved on the caseback. United in their quest for refinement and a shared vision of excellence, the Manufacture and the Haute Couture designer have come up with the Égérie The Pleats of time, a concept watch. The roundness of the 37 mm pink gold case embellished with diamonds, the ‘pleats’ pattern adorning the powdered lilac dial, as well as the asymmetrical geometry so cherished by the Maison whose name appears at 8 o'clock in a diagonal with the moon phase and crown at 2 o'clock.

 

Czapek & Cie launches its Antarctique Purple Storm

With a one-of-a-kind hand-varnished dial crafted by Swiss dial specialist Metalem, each Antarctique Purple Storm watch reflects Czapek’s commitment to self-expression, artistry, and its collaborative spirit. The project began when Xavier de Roquemaurel, CEO of Czapek & Cie, discovered the work of an artist collaborating with Metalem who was creating uniquely hand-varnished dials. These dials were so original and distinctive that they did not dare propose them to any brand. One particular dial even resembled a nebula in space. Each dial features a mesmerizing violet gradient crafted with precision and artistry. Individually created to capture the mood and depth of a natural storm, each dial evokes a sense of mystery and movement. As light touches the surface, swirling, layered shades of purple are revealed, reminiscent of storm clouds rolling across the sky.

To celebrate the newly reopened Chopard flagship boutique in Dubai Mall, Chopard Ambassador Bella Hadid and Chopard Co-President & Artistic Director Caroline Scheufele, along with Abdulmagied Seddiqi, Osama Ibrahim Seddiqi and Mohammed Abdulmagied Seddiqi attended the ribbon cutting ceremony.
