Ritmo Time Group announces the Brazilian National Team Players Sponsorship

Ritmo Time Group is proud to announce seven internationally famed football players for the Brazilian national team have signed a multi-year sponsorship agreement for its Ritmo Mundo and Reflex brand. The player and their respective club level teams at international level are:  David Luiz – Chelsea, Dante – Bayern Munich, Paulihnio – Tottenham Hotspur, Bernard – Shakhtar Donetsk Willian – Chelsea Ramires – Chelsea, and Marquinos – Paris St. Germain.  All represent the Brazilian national team at this years’ World Cup set to start in Brazil on June 12, 2014. The players will be involved in a global marketing campaign, which will launch later this Spring, and will feature  the players with eye catching Ritmo Mundo timepieces in professional environments along with Reflex watches in their respective sports world.   Along with the players, the Quantum will be the centerpiece of the campaign for Ritmo Mundo while the mono-product Reflex will feature sports themed images and lifestyle.

The Manero ChronoPerpetual Limited Edition is a true wonder of the art of watchmaking, with a perpetual calendar date display at 12 o’clock, day of the week at 6 o’clock, month and leap year at 9 o’clock, and moon phase at 3 o’clock – all of which do not require correction. The functional module specially developed for Carl F. Bucherer also features a precision chronograph with the popular flyback function. A tachymeter scale on the bezel completes the range of practical functionalities for which Carl F. Bucherer is famous. The case crafted of fine rose gold, with a back integrated sapphire crystal gives a clear view of the mechanical jewel featuring a 22-carat rose gold oscillating weight.

Chopard Happy Sport Tourbillon Joaillerie

The Happy Sport Tourbillon Joaillerie watch showcases the vast array of exceptional skills cultivated within the Manufacture in Geneva. The watch is supported with L.U.C 02.16-L movement produced by the Chopard Manufacture, and available in 18-carat white or rose gold, this creation stems from the most delicate gem-setting techniques such as the snow setting that entirely carpets the dial with a flurry of diamonds. The tourbillon bridge are also gem-set, as is the bezel embellished with the refined touch of 36 trapeze-cut diamonds. The crown features baguette-cut diamonds and a briolette-cut diamond. Last but not least comes the 7 famous moving diamonds spinning between two sapphire crystals.

Romain Jerome Nose Art-DNA

RJ-Romain Jerome introduced two new timepieces from its Capsules collection, the Nose Art-DNA. Housed in a new 46mm case, the black PVD-coated steel timepiece highlights an original green and brown camouflage dial whilst the aesthetic nature of the red gold model is enhanced by a grey camouflage pattern. The minutes and second counters at 3 and 9 o’clock recall a cockpit with its reading instruments in the shape of satin-brushed minute and hour hands. The case of the watch is enclosed by a specially designed flat sapphire crystal while the watch’s engine is composed of a mechanical self-winding Valjoux based chronograph movement with a power reserve of 42 hours. Each case back hides its own individually painted pin-up, delicately tucked under a transparent sapphire glass.

Blancpain Fifty Fathoms Bathyscaphe

The new Blancpain Fifty Fathoms Bathyscaphe model houses a new 13-lignes Manufacture Blancpain movement beating at a rate of 36,000 vibrations /hour. It is equipped with a column-wheel chronograph mechanism and a vertical clutch. It also offers a flyback function enabling the wearer to reset and instantly restart the chronograph simply by pressing the pusher at 4 o’clock. This device proves extremely useful in taking fast measurements of successive times. Moreover, the water-resistant chronograph pushers also enable user underwater to depths of 300 meters. The presence of a sapphire case-back on this diver’s watch is made possible by the use of a balance-spring made in silicon – a material endowed with anti-magnetic properties that enable the watch to dispense with the inner Faraday cage.This transparent back reveals the 18-carat gold oscillating weight clad in NAC (a platinum alloy) and featuring a sculpted Blancpain logo.

OMEGA Speedmaster Mark II

OMEGA updated the classic Speedmaster Mark II to include an automatic movement and tachymetric scale that is visible in the most limited light, a first in the iconic Speedmaster family. The new Speedmaster Mark II is distinguished with the grey dial features a fluorescent orange central chronograph seconds hand and a matching minute track. The watch is supported with Co-Axial calibre 3330, a self-winding movement equipped with an Si14 silicon balance spring and a column-wheel chronograph mechanism. The new OMEGA Speedmaster Mark II is water resistant to 10 bar.

First launched two years ago, Chanel Première Flying Tourbillon watch is not only beautiful to look at, but also features one of the most impressive watch complications around - a 225-part flying tourbillon movement developed exclusively for Chanel by legendary Swiss manufacturers, engineers and master watchmakers Renaud & Papi.Each watch takes more than 100 hours to assemble and requires 23 hours of setting work. Featuring 169 diamonds as well as 63 baguette-cut pink sapphires set around the white gold case and crown, this is a timepiece for women who demand the very best in design and function.

Harry Winston Premier Chronograph 40mm

Harry Winston revealed the latest update its Premier collection with a new the Premier Chronograph 40mm. Powered by a quartz movement, this chronograph has 12-hour and 30-minute counters, as well as small seconds at 6 o’clock. The dial and subdials are encircled with large, hand-set diamonds, while the 40mm rose gold case has been slimmed down to preserve the elegance of the Premier aesthetic. Perhaps most striking, however, is the lustrous Tahitian mother of pearl dial, the sheen of which conveys a range of deep brown hues.

Jacob & Co. reveals a glamorous brilliant Arlequino flying tourbillion

A masterpiece of world-class gem-setting artistry and spectacular high horology, the Jacob & Co. Brilliant Arlequino Flying Tourbillon is a daring, imaginative and enticingly feminine timepiece that echoes the richly colored, chequered costume of a harlequin. In a limited edition of just 18 watches, with a head-turning constellation of 205 vibrant, precious gemstones ex¬tending across its dial, bezel, crown and clasp, the Brilliant Arlequino is a sumptuous, fun-loving watch with high horology at its core. Jaquet Droz Grande Seconde SW Côtes de Genève

The new version of the Jaquet Droz Grande Seconde is complete with alligator leather straps and new Côtes de Genève decoration giving it an ever greater aura of luxury. The famous Côtes de Genève ornamental pattern typical of Swiss watchmaking has been used on the dials of a new model in anthracite gray. A series of regular lines, the pattern highlights the watch's features and gives it unprecedented depth.  The traditional rubber and metal strap of the Grande Seconde SW has also been replaced by the fine luster of an alligator leather strap in a color to match the dial.

Ulysse Nardin fulfilled the desire for comfort of frequent travelers,and revealed the new Dual Time Manufacture. The watch makes it possible for the first time to adjust the second zone time forward and backward. The watch is equipped with the automatic calibre UN-334 that has been developed, designed and manufactured entirely in-house. Endowed with a Big Date double window display, also adjustable in both directions, it boasts a silicon escapement, the height of watchmaking technology that only very few brands are able to master.

Dubey & Schaldenbrand revealed its new white, symbol of delicacy and purity. The Dubey & Schaldenbrand Cœur Blanc  case and dial are studded with  Individually baguette-cut, diamonds to form a unique composition around the tourbillon, one of watchmaking's most demanding complications. Their beauty is exalted by an invisible setting, a meticulous technique that requires rare skill. Thus the diamonds seem to float on the dial, as though nothing holds them there but their own power of seduction.  The watch is supported with a mechanical hand-wound tourbillon on an 8001 base, modified by Dubey & Schaldenbrand.
