Glashütte Original presents the new limited edition PanoMaticLunar in soft, velvety rose opaline

The new PanoMaticLunar presents a special play of two distinct colours: the applied hour markers, exquisite moon phase display and sword-shaped hands set blue accents and blend easily into the warm, soft hue of the dial. The characteristic Panorama Date, too, with its white numerals on blue discs, takes up the rich blue hue and stands in harmonious contrast to the rose opaline dial. This special colour is the result of a special galvanization procedure performed the watchmaker's in -house dial manufactory in Pforzheim, Germany. The process involves placing the dial for a precisely specified length of time in a galvanic bath under a constant electrical charge in order to achieve the desired soft hue.
