Saudi Arabia’s consumer market remains strong in 2025
Saudi Arabia’s consumer market is evolving rapidly, characterized by adaptability, shifting spending patterns, and resilience in the face of global economic challenges, according to the latest insights from 2025 Global Consumer Outlook published by AlixPartners, the global consulting firm. Despite global trends of reduced discretionary spending, Saudi consumers exhibit robust spending intentions, with a focus on value and cost efficiency as part of their purchasing strategies across essentials and discretionary categories. The report, based on responses from over 15,000 consumers across nine countries presents a nuanced global picture - while spending is resilient in Saudi Arabia, UAE, and China, it contrasts starkly with spending restraint in the U.S. and Europe, where spending next year is projected to decline further from this year’s already-muted levels, signaling another challenging year for global consumer-facing industries. |

Introducing Chaumet’s Bamboo High Jewellery Collection
In 2025, the Bamboo creative capsule collection perpetuates the historic links the Maison maintains with nature. By celebrating the majestic beauty of bamboo as an introduction, Chaumet offers a preview of the theme of its new High Jewellery collection: a tribute to naturalist treasures, fusing the wonders provided by nature with the savoir-faire of supremely skilled jewellers, in the process celebrating and preserving the preciousness of the natural world. Paying homage to Asian culture, Chaumet surprises by seizing upon the majesty of bamboo – a plant relatively underrepresented in its stylistic repertoire, apart from two sketches dating from the time of Fossin. Imbued with rich symbolism – integrity, determination and modesty in China, prosperity in Japan – bamboo is the subject of a ten-piece graphic parure. |

Piaget showcases the Altiplano Skeleton High Jewellery Métiers d’Art
A true piece of artistry, the Altiplano High Jewellery watch is pairing its iconic skeleton movement, set with diamonds and sapphires, with a new facet made of Grand Feu cloisonné enamel. This limited edition of only eight pieces is co-signed by Maison Piaget’s Ateliers de l’Extraordinaire and by enamel artist Anita Porchet. The artist masterfully applied a palette of blue, green and purple hues in Grand Feu cloisonné enamel, which hugs the dial - on the front and, for the first time, on the back - spreading its colours to the very edge of the bezel. This visual and technical feat is executed with extreme precision, skillfully completing the effect of perfect fusion between the gradient of baguette cut stones and that of the cloisonné enamel. |
