CIBJO, the World Jewellery Confederation, has announced that its 2009 Congress will take place in Istanbul, Turkey from Sunday, 3 May through Tuesday, 5 May 2009. The venue will be the historic Ciragan Palace Kempinski on the banks of the Bhosphorus and will be hosted by the Turkish Jewellery Association.
