Van Cleef & Arpels unveiled a new collaboration with Fatima Alketbi, an accomplished Emirati Graphic Designer and Calligrapher. The two come together to unveil a series of calligraphy artworks that harmoniously blend heritage and contemporary elegance, celebrating the spirit of Ramadan in an outstanding and meaningful way. For this collaboration, Fatima offers an artistic journey that uses palm fronds to create Arabic calligraphy text. Each stroke of her artwork draws inspiration from her deep connection to her Emirati roots, the beauty of the United Arab Emirates landscape and the rich poetic traditions embedded in her family’s conversations.
