Bvlgari recently celebrated its milestone 125th Anniversary of its founding with the first Retrospective in the brands history at the prestigious Palazzo delle Esposizioni in its headquarters city of Rome. The commemorative exhibition, entitled Between History & Eternity: 18842009, will revisit the most significant chapters in the long & illustrious history of the company and the evolution of the Bvlgari design. The exhibition will hold over 50 masterpiece jewellery collections and objets dart, many selected from some of the iconic brands vintage collections. Celebrating 125 years of activity is a significant accomplishment and to visit the exhibition will be to embrace the entire history of a style that has endured for generations, commented Francesco Trapani, CEO, on this occasion. The Exposition featuring some spectacular creations, part of personal collections of the likes of Anna Magnani, Gina Lollobrigida and Elizabeth Taylor will be open to members of the public from 20 May to 13 September 2009. Film celebrities attending the event included actresses Jessica Alba and Selina Blair among others, all wearing Bvlgari jewellery.
