Dubai Diamond Exchange appoints new Board of Directors

The Dubai Diamond Exchange (DDE), a subsidiary of Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), has recently appointed a new Board of Directors comprising prominent, high profile members of the international, regional and local diamond and jewellery industry. The newly appointed members of the DDE Board of Directors include Sheikh Jamil Farsi, Chairman of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia based Farsi Jewellery; Nabeel Al Zain, President, Al Zain Jewellery, Bahrain; Amit Dhamani, CEO & Managing Director, Dhamani Jewels; Tamjid Abdullah, Deputy Managing Director, Damas; Dilip Mehta, CEO, Rosy Blue; Pankaj Mehta, CEO, Dimexon Eurostar and Mahendra Parekh, Chairman, Diarough. Other leading international figures on the newly reconstituted board include Roberto Coin, President, Roberto Coin, Italy and Arnaud Flambeau, CEO, Scintilla Monaco based in Monte Carlo, Monaco.
