Guillaume Galliot trained in Tours at Charles Barrier and then Château de Noizay, before going on to work in several prestigious restaurants in both Montpellier and Paris - Jardin des Sens, Taillevent, Maison Blanche, before jetting off to Saint Barthélemy and New York. The Tasting Room by Guillaume Galliot was opened in 2012 and won its first star that same year, followed by a second in 2016. After politely declining several offers from Caprice, a traditional Four Seasons restaurant in Hong Kong, in 2017 he finally joined the team. It is here where the Michelin guide is enshrined and, in little over a year, Galliot joined the ranks of the world's top chefs when he received his third star. To mark the occasion, Christophe Claret has customised a Maestro watch for Guillaume Gaillot that proudly features his three stars.
