The Vicenza Jewellery Museum is now open to the public with its new exhibition, Jewellery – Italy. Material Technique Art. Between Ancient and Modern, curated by renowned scholar Paola Venturelli and running until 2027. Tracing the evolution of Italian jewellery from 5 BC to the 21st century, the exhibition brings together artefacts and works from 13 museums and foundations. Housed within the UNESCO-listed Basilica Palladiana, it highlights the artistry, technique, and creativity of Italian jewellery. This marks the start of a new exhibition cycle, positioning the museum as one of the few worldwide dedicated exclusively to the art of jewellery.
