Antiquorum achieved good results with its first auction in 2008 in Geneva by attaining total sales of Swiss Francs (SFR) 9.6 million from the catalogue’s 806 lots. The highlights of the sale were the Patek Philippe ‘Fourth Series’ that sold for SFR 356,000 and a Rolex that once belonged to the late Brazilian Formula One driver Ayrton Senna for SFR 36,000-four times its pre-sale estimate.
