Sascha Moeri to leave Carl F. Bucherer

After 12 successful years as the CEO of Carl F. Bucherer and two years as the general manager of Bucherer Fine Jewellery, Sascha Moeri has decided to leave the company on June 30, 2022, to pursue new professional challenges. Robert Ambord, who has been the Art Director of Bucherer Fine Jewellery since August 2021, will take over management of Bucherer Fine Jewellery on an ad-interim basis. Robert Ambord was responsible for jewelry at Gübelin for more than 20 years and has a great deal of experience in the jewelry industry. Sascha Moeri’s former deputy, Uwe Liebminger, will take over the management of Carl F. Bucherer on an ad-interim basis. Uwe Liebminger has been responsible for global marketing and product development at Carl F. Bucherer since April 2020. He has gained extensive expertise in the watch industry over more than a decade in leadership roles with IWC and Breitling both in Switzerland and abroad.
