In cycling every second matters and even the minutest timing errors can negate hours of strenuous exertion. With 16 World Tour Teams competing for the winner’s jersey amidst the golden sand dunes and the iconic city of Dubai, every second counts. The Dubai Tour is an annual stage race on the international circuit, which covers more than 750 km over five distinct stages. The 2018 tour, beginning on February 6, is the fifth installment of the prolific race that sees riders cover hundreds of kilometres a day, through the desert and the city of Dubai.
