The second edition of India International Jewellery Show (IIJS) Signature 2009, organized and hosted by the Gems & Jewellery Export promotion Council (GJEPC) of India, is well on course for its grand opening on 20 February at the Kala (Art) Academy located on the banks of the river Mandovi, meandering through the city of Panaji, the quaint capital of the picturesque Western Indian state of Goa.

Primarily export-oriented IIJS Signature 2009 is a customized, by-invitation only forum that will unite some of the country’s finest & selective gems and jewellery manufacturers with handpicked, overseas buyers. The show is promoted worldwide and a GJEPC delegation recently visited Russia and the CIS countries to promote the exclusive fair.
