Louis Vuitton auctions special calligraphy case for charity in UAE

Louis Vuitton recently organized a silent auction of a specially created hardsided luxury calligraphy case in deep green alligator leather for the benefit of the UAE Association for Down Syndrome at the Dubai Mall. The event was held under the Royal Patronage of HE Sheikha Manal Bint Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, President of the Dubai Women Establishment. There is no doubt that choosing Arabic calligraphy in the designs of an international brand reflects the extent of the reach of Arabic art, commented Sheikha Manal on the occasion.
