Bulgari commitment to Save the Children to continue throughout 2010

Nicola Bulgari, Vice Chairman of the Bulgari Group announced that Bulgari renewed its partnership and commitment to support Save the Children during a Bulgari auction held at Christie in New York on December 8th 2009. The evening represented the grand finale of all the initiatives held throughout the year that celebrated the brands 125 years anniversary, including the culmination of the companys major fund-raising project to support Save the Children. Save the Children is the largest independent international organization for the defense and championing of childrens rights, present in over 100 countries around the world. As a result of this initiative, Bulgari was able to raise in 2009 more than $9 million to support the Save the Children Campaign – $800,000 of which went to the children of Haiti.
