Omega has announced its partnership with the Dubai Equestrian Club as the 4-year sponsor of the HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Endurance Cup Race which took place at the Dubai Endurance City on 12 January 2008. “Through Omega’s history in maintaining the tradition of timekeeping, we are pleased to be part of and support the time-honoured, richest and prestigious endurance racing here in the UAE,” said Nayla Hayek, Member of the Swatch Group Management Board of Directors.
Additionally, Omega has also announced its partnership with the Abu Dhabi Golf Club in the UAE as the Official Timekeeper & third year co-sponsor of the Abu Dhabi Golf Tournament to be held from 17 to 20 January 2008. “The championship sponsorship further strengthens our relationship with the world of golf worldwide and in the Middle East”, said Stephen Urquhart, President, Omega.
