Internationally acclaimed and award-winning Lebanese haute couture designer Elie Saab will showcase his Pret-a-Porter Spring / Summer 2010 Ready To Wear collections on Wednesday, 7 October 2009 at the Espace Ephemere, Jardin des Tuileries in Paris.
