The LVMH Watches Division has acquired a minority stake in Swiss manufacturer La Joux-Perret, a leader in sophisticated watch movements, while forming a strategic commercial partnership to enhance production and innovation across the Group’s Maisons. TAG Heuer has collaborated with La Joux-Perret since 2022 on a solar quartz movement featured in its Aquaracer and Formula 1 collections, and the partnership also powers Tiffany & Co.’s Rope watch. The move strengthens LVMH’s ties with industrial partners, supporting its Swiss watchmaking investments. La Joux-Perret will maintain independence, continuing to serve existing and future clients, while Citizen Group retains operational control of its brands.
