During the current 12th Edition of the Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS), all visitors will have an exciting chance to win a dazzling half carat diamond by spending USD $ 55 at any retailer within The Dubai Mall or the Souk Al Bahar & receiving a Scratch & Win Card. Worth approximately USD $ 3,000 each, 200 individual half carat diamonds will be given away up to a combined total of 200 carats. The promotion will run at the two afore mentioned malls until 14 August 2009, the final day of the DSS.
