To mark the 60th anniversary of Lisbon’s iconic 25 de Abril Bridge, MeisterSinger and renowned Portuguese jeweler Joalharia Ferreira Marques have created the exclusive 25 de Abril Edition. Opened in 1966, the striking suspension bridge spans more than 2.2 kilometers across the Tejo River, connecting Lisbon with Almada. Known for its distinctive red silhouette and elegant proportions, the landmark has become one of Portugal’s most recognizable symbols. Originally named the Salazar Bridge, it was renamed following the Carnation Revolution, reflecting the country’s political and social transformation. The special edition celebrates the bridge’s enduring architectural significance and its place in Lisbon’s identity.
